RTD sensors with cable leads are available with various termination options and materials. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, depending on the operating environment. Depending on the sensing element and construction, they can measure temperatures up to 400°C. The sheath material determines their suitability for use in oxidising, reducing or neutral atmospheres, as well as in acids, alkalis, salts and other media.
